Although the legendary footballer commentary would be quite fitting to announce this contract completion, best just to say that we’ve kicked our last ball, so to speak, at Everton FC’s new Bramley Moore Dock Stadium – successfully completing a substantial and impressive M&E infrastructure contract for our client, Overbury.
The six month contract involved design and installation of mechanical and electrical systems infrastructure across levels one to three of the stadium’s West Stand corporate hospitality areas – seamlessly integrated to support the prestigious corporate and event spaces, which are a key part of the development’s amenities.
Commenting on the completion, construction director, Dave Scott praised the project teams, saying: “This has been a fantastic project showcasing Ameon’s ability to deliver complex, high specification installations to the highest possible quality standards.
“The project teams, led by Ian Bibby and James Higham did a sterling job, completing to schedule, against the backdrop of the project being undertaken in a live stadium environment. So thanks also go to our client, Overbury, for their close collaboration, which helped ensure a smooth delivery on a project for which all involved can be justifiably proud.”
Our work on the contract earned us a nomination for Overbury’s ‘Outstanding Subcontractor Award’ too. More on that to follow!
