Ameon is proud to have played a part in three projects that were successful at the recent North West Regional Construction Awards ๐ ๐ ๐
It was the 20th year of the awards, which celebrate excellence, innovation and collaboration within the regionโs built environment sector, with the ceremony held at Liverpoolโs Titanic Hotel.
๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฌ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ โ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐น was awarded to No 1 Ancoats Green (Rodney Street) for which Ameon provided full MEP installation, with Wates Group delivering the scheme for Manchester City Council. The project saw the transformation of a brownfield site in Ancoats and the creation of new homes with a focus on sustainability and energy-efficiency.
There was also success in the ๐ฆ๐๐ฏ-๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ โ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ category, for the University of Lancashireโs prestigious new School of Veterinary Medicine; our work with Morgan Sindall Construction, installing state-of-the-art MEP systems, helping to create the first facility of its kind in Lancashire, and only the second in the North of England.
๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐๐ฏ-๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ท๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ โ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ award went to University Collegiate School Bolton and Galliford Try, a significant extension and refurbishment project we helped deliver, completing a full MEP installation, resulting in the provision of first-class learning facilities for young people.
