Degree Apprenticeship Programme
Earn While You Learn
Our Degree Apprenticeship Scheme is designed for ambitious individuals who want to achieve a fully funded engineering degree while gaining hands-on experience on live projects.
You’ll work alongside experienced engineers on high-profile projects while studying towards an accredited degree in Building Services or Engineering Management.
What You’ll Gain
- Fully funded degree (No Student Debt)
- Full time paid role from day one

- Clear progression into Design Engineer, Estimator, Commercial Manager, or Contracts Manager roles

Qualifications You Can Achieve
- BEng (Hons). Building Services and Sustainable Engineering
- Associate member of CIBSE (ACIBSE)
- Incorporated Engineer (IEng) status with Engineering Council

Craft Apprenticeship Programme
Learn the Trade
Our Craft Apprenticeship Scheme is the foundation of everything we do. It’s where practical skills, professional standards, and pride in workmanship are built. You’ll be trained directly on live construction sites, working alongside experienced tradespeople and engineers across mechanical, electrical, and specialist systems.
What You’ll Learn
- Installation of mechanical and electrical systems
- Reading drawings and specifications
- Site safety, quality, and compliance
- Understanding how buildings work as complete systems
- Professional site conduct and teamwork
Progression Built In
Many of our Project Managers started as site apprentices. This route allows you to:
- Progress into supervisory roles
- Move into engineering or technical pathways
- Transition into Project Management in the future
Qualifications You Can Achieve
Electrical
- Installation Electrician & Maintenance Electrician Level 3 – EAL Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical Systems & Equipment
Mechanical
- Building Services Engineering Craftsperson Level 3 – C&G L3 H&V Industrial & Commercial Installation
