About Ameon

Efficient, Cost-Effective Solutions

The company’s commitment to high levels of service and the delivery of efficient and cost-effective solutions on projects of all sizes have been the catalysts for Ameon’s development into one of the industry’s most successful medium sized businesses. This approach is supported by responsible working practices and a carbon-neutral commitment, embedded within the way projects are delivered.

Structured, Consistent Growth

With a turnover approaching £70 million and founded on strong principles of professionalism, innovation and technological expertise, alongside service and quality standards, Ameon has recorded structured and consistent growth since its formation. The business enjoys client retention figures above the industry standard, driven by a pervasive service culture and a consistent ability to exceed client expectations on projects of all sizes, while maintaining responsible delivery as a carbon-neutral organisation.

Based close to the M55 motorway in Lancashire, Ameon operates throughout the North West region and beyond. With around 300 highly trained, mobile staff and site operatives located across the region, the company is able to respond quickly and effectively to labour requirements. Ameon also brings a wealth of experience across new build, refurbishment and live operational environments, with a clear understanding of the complexities associated with every project type.

Capable & Innovative

At Ameon we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver the full range of mechanical and electrical services and site utilities. Environmental considerations have played a key role in the company’s emergence as one of the most capable and innovative building services engineering businesses in the construction sector. Since our formation in 1996, we have established a strong reputation in the application of renewable technologies and in the design and installation of mechanical, electrical and environmental services for both public and private sector projects ranging from £50K to £30 million in value, supported by a carbon-neutral approach to delivery.

The past few years have been pivotal in the development of both our service offering and the company as a whole. In a challenging trading environment, Ameon has continued to grow in size and capability, driven by a commitment to client service and a belief that business and client relationships should never be taken for granted. This approach underpins strong client retention and a broadening service portfolio, which now includes low-carbon consultancy, specialist electrical contracting and a growing depth of expertise in renewable energy systems.
