A 109-apartment new build residential development. The M&E services installation at City Gardens, Manchester was delivered for a landmark high-rise residential development comprising contemporary apartments together with resident amenity spaces, circulation areas and associated plant facilities within Manchester city centre. The project involved the installation and commissioning of comprehensive mechanical, electrical and public health services, including heating, ventilation, domestic water, drainage, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, security and life-safety systems, providing residents with safe, energy-efficient and reliable building services while supporting the operational requirements of a modern residential development.
