We are seeking a reliable and organised General Office Administration Assistant to join our busy team at Ameon’s HQ in Blackpool. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
As the landscape of the construction industry changes we have identified the need to expand our IMS/compliance department.
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
General office duties including filing, data entry, and document management
Answering phones, emails, and handling client enquiries
Maintaining records and supporting project documentation
Liaising with site staff, suppliers, and clients
Supporting management with any ad hoc administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Construction industry experience is an advantage but not essential
