This month we celebrate completion of the 10,000th installation of mechanical and electrical services in Manchester city centre residential properties, in a little under five years.
Over 3,500 miles of electrical cable has been installed in the Manchester contracts; enough to stretch from a completed Manchester apartment to Donald Trump’s White House in Washington DC! That’s matched in scale by the miles of service pipework installed, tens of thousands of light switches, electrical sockets, light fittings and heating controls, and the thousands of bathroom fitments: from showers and baths, to WCs, wash basins and bidets.
More new gains in Manchester will involve us in the design and installation of building services systems in a further 1,760 apartments by early 2021.
