A 166-apartment new build residential development. The M&E services installation at Sky Gardens, Manchester was undertaken as part of a landmark high-rise residential development comprising luxury apartments, landscaped sky gardens, resident amenity spaces and ground-floor commercial facilities within Manchester city centre. The project included the installation and commissioning of comprehensive mechanical, electrical and public health services, incorporating energy-efficient heating and ventilation systems, domestic water, drainage, power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, access control and life-safety systems, delivering high-performance building services that support resident comfort, operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
