In the course of our work on a major contract In Salford, on New Bailey Plot C1, we’ve been delighted to have supported our client, Morgan Sindall, on a fantastic project that’s allowed us to demonstrate our social values by playing our part in the revamp of a skills centre for the homeless charity, Loaves and Fishes.

Working with Morgan Sindall we were able to install new toilet and washroom facilities for visitors, install heating and replace the damaged natural ventilation system in a teaching space and renew pipework in a recently installed kitchen, where we also fitted new electrical sockets, plus lighting and emergency lights.

Contracts director, Rod Bunce believes it was a positive experience for all involved in the project. He commented: “It was a pleasure to be part of a project that will have such a beneficial impact on the work undertaken by the charity, and on those people within the community for whom Loaves and Fishes is a lifeline.

“We share similar values to those of Morgan Sindall, believing that we should add value to the communities in which we work, which is why we’ve engaged in several such projects in recent times. And being able to support them on this one was a great way of demonstrating our commitment to communities in the best way possible.”
