We’ve ensured successful completion of the £3 Million contract on the 144-bed Oldham Road, Manchester, tower block, on behalf of our client GMI Construction.
The 50-week, £3 Million contract involved Ameon designing and installing all building services infrastructure, serving the apartments and public spaces in the development, which sits in the New Cross area of Manchester – one of the neighbourhoods forming the city’s Victoria North masterplan.
It’s a great looking development, with its sister building currently underway on the adjacent Bendix Street in New Cross, which represents another contract for us, this time valued at £3.2 Million.
Commenting on the completion, contracts director, Rod Bunce said: “It’s been great to have worked on this project and I’m proud of the work of all our team, who have helped us deliver for GMI.
“We’ve been involved in Manchester’s city regeneration programme for well over a decade and Oldham Road is another fantastic development for the city, helping to satisfy the supply requirements of its expanding population, with yet more quality accommodation.”
