BRIGHT FUTURE FOR AMEON AWARD WINNER

The future looks bright for budding engineer, Thomas Renshaw, a pupil of St Aidan’s CofE School, Preesall.

From a host of nominations, the youngster won the coveted, Young Scientist/Engineer Award, in the Blackpool Education Awards 2021. And as proud sponsor of the category, and also co-headline sponsor of the awards, we were delighted that our representatives at the ceremony at Blackpool FC, Charlotte Thorpe and Dave Connor, were there to hand Thomas his category prize.

Great to see so many people turning out to recognise the achievements of pupils and teachers across the Fylde, and we were pleased to have been able to support the awards, returning this year for the first time since 2019.
