While working in Rochdale on the iconic Upperbanks development, for our client Willmott Dixon, we had no intention of passing on by when we heard that Rochdale, Oldham and District Samaritans needed a helping hand at the organisation’s, Caton Street offices in Rochdale town centre.

We’re delighted to have completed the lighting project at the two-storey premises, which was our contribution to an upgrade of the office premises undertaken by a team of sub-contractors working with our client Willmott Dixon, with the sole aim of improving the environment for the charity, which is a lifeline for people needing its unique care and support during some of the most challenging times of their lives.

We replaced old fluorescent units in the two-storey building with 40 energy saving LED luminaires, completing the last one a few days ago, and are proud that, as part of the Willmott Dixon support team, we’ve all been able to make a difference.

Our photo shows the whole team in action, with Ameon’s Paul Sharman third from the right.
